AMBASSADORS IN ACTION

Katerina Pippi is the Conference and Banqueting Manager at Jurys Inn Chelsea.  Katerina trained as an Ambassador in March 2008 and is fully committed to helping young people realise the career potential available in our industry.  She spent a day at Sion Manning School recently where she explained to the students the benefits of studying, and seeking a career in hospitality. 

Katerina feels that she is a good example to students of the sort of career they might go in for.  “It’s not all about cooking and being a waiter, my background is sales and marketing and I can help students think outside the box when it comes to a career.  I love being a Springboard Ambassador, it makes me remember why I love my job”.
