We are delighted to announce that Katie O’Sullivan from Sapporo Teppenyaki and Il Forno Restaurants in Liverpool has won the coveted Springboard Ambassador Award for Excellence 2008 sponsored by Hit Training. 

Everybody is  thrilled that Katie’s hard work and commitment to the Springboard Ambassador Programme has been recognised.  From the very first Katie has been dedicated to spreading the word about our great industry.  She is now planning to work with local colleges and schools to help to ensure the delivery of the new Hospitality Diploma is top notch.  Well done Katie!
